BigBlueButton: Activating Timer/Stopwatch

Instructors have the option to activate a stopwatch for timed activities such as a quiz or other proficiency-building activities.


1. Click on the Plus icon at the bottom of the screen.


2. In the pop-up that appears, choose the Activate timer/stopwatch option.

 


Select the Timer column.


3. Set a time and click Start.



All users are able to see the timer on the top-right corner of the screen.



4. To use the stopwatch, select the Stopwatch column. Click Start to start the stopwatch.



All users are able to see the stopwatch on the top-right corner of the screen.



5. Click Stop to stop the stopwatch.



6. Click Reset to return the stopwatch to zero.
