1. To share a window on your computer or your entire screen, click on the Share your screen icon.

Note: A pop-up appears for you to choose what you want to share. In Microsoft Edge or Chrome browsers, you can share a specific browser Tab, a Window, or your Entire Screen. Other browsers may provide slightly different options.

2. Choose what you want to share from the list under each tab.

3. Click on the Share tab audio toggle if you want to share the audio as well.

Note: If you select Window or Entire Screen and enable Also share system audio, participants will hear an echo when they or another participant speaks. To avoid this, it's best to share only the specific browser tab that contains your video/audio or presentation. In this mode, only audio from that tab will play, and participant voices will mix normally without echo.
4. Click on Share to share your screen.

Note: Learners now see the selected screen, window or tab.

5. Click on the Stop sharing button at the top of the screen to stop sharing your screen or window.

Alternatively, you can click on the Stop sharing this screen icon.
