Searching the Avenue Knowledge Base

1. Click on the Avenue Support tab.

2. Click on Request support.

3. In the Search for answers box, type your keyword(s).

A list of documents containing the keyword(s) appears.
In this example, the keyword is BigBlueButton.

4. Browse the list of files.
Note: The initial search shows a limited number of files.
5. To view more files on the topic, click on Show all results (27).

6. Click on a title that seems relevant.
The file appears. You can read it in the same panel, or scroll to the bottom of the panel and click on the View in full button to open it in a new browser window.

7. If you are reading in the same panel, click on the back button to return to the Request support panel or click on the X to close the panel.
