Copy H5Ps and Resources from the Course Builder

1. To access the Course Builder, click on the Classroom link on the main portal page.

 
2. To access the Course Builder, click on the Resources link on the main portal page.

Note: A drop-down appears.
3. In the drop-down menu, click the Course Builder option to open the eUnit catalogue.


Note: The Course Builder eUnit catalogue displays available eUnits as cards.

4. On the appropriate card, click on the Preview eUnit icon.

Note: The eUnit preview pop-up appears. Look for the following file types:
 Folders
 Files 
 H5Ps 

Downloading a Folder

1. In this example, the Files For In-Class Use is clicked. The folder reveals several files.

 
2. Click on the Download folder button.

Note: The Folder with all of its files is ready to be down loaded to your device.  This file can be uploaded to your new course. 

3. On the eUnit preview pop-up click on the Restart eunit button.



Downloading a File from a Folder

1. On the appropriate card, click on the Preview eUnit icon.


2. Locate and click on a Folder icon. 

3. In this example, the Hybrid Module Plan folder is clicked. The folder reveals several files.

4. Locate and click on a file that is required. 


5. In the download file pop-up, click on OK on Save. 

6. The file is downloaded to your device and is ready to be used in the new course.


7. On the eUnit preview pop-up click on the Restart eunit button.


Downloading a File 

1. On the appropriate card, click on the Preview eUnit icon.

2. Locate and click on a File icon. 

Note:  In this case it is a PDF file. 

Note: If the file is embedded it appears in a frame with functional icons. 

3. In the menu bar, click on the double chevron icon to reveal a drop-down menu.

4. In the drop-down menu, click on the Save option.

5. The file is downloaded to your device and is ready to be used in the new course.

6. On the eUnit preview pop-up click on the Restart eunit button.




Downloading an H5P File

1. Locate and click on an H5P activity.

2. Click on the Reuse link at the bottom right corner of the H5P activity. 

3. The Reuse content pop -up appears.  Click in the link to download the H5P file to your device.


Note: The file can be uploaded to your new course's H5P Content Bank. 

4. On the eUnit preview pop-up click on the Restart eunit button.
