The Feedback activity allows instructors to create and conduct surveys. It can also be used for course or teacher evaluations. Instructors can create their own questions, rather than choose from a list of pre-written questions. These questions are non-graded and can be designed as multiple-choice, yes/no, or short answer items.

Responses that learners give to Feedback questions can be anonymous. Instructors can also choose whether they want the responses to be shown to all participants or to the instructor alone.
