Language Companion Viewing Tips in the Avenue ePortfolio

There are several ways to change pages in the Language Companion.

• Click the left and right arrows to change pages.

• Use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to change pages in the binder.
  
  
• Point to the corner of the page and click to flip it 
  forward or backwards.

Note: This behavior may not appear consistently.

Enter a page number in the page number text box and press Enter on your keyboard to go to that page.

Click a page thumbnail in the Thumbnails menu to display that page in the Language Companion.

Click the Close [X] icon to close the Thumbnails menu.

To display the Thumbnails menu, click the Thumbnails icon at the bottom of the Language Companion.

1. Click the Search icon.

The Search panel appears. 

2. Type a search term in the search text box and press the Enter key on the keyboard.

The results appear below the Search box. Click any item to display that page.

3. Click the Close [X] icon to close the Search panel.

Note:  To ensure that the search results match exactly, use the Filters icon.

Click the Zoom in icon at the bottom of the page to zoom in on the Language Companion pages.

Click the Zoom out icon at the bottom of the page to zoom out of the Language Companion pages.

Click the Fullscreen icon at the bottom of the page to view the document in full screen.

Click the Exit Fullscreen icon at the bottom of the page to return to the previous view of the Language Companion pages.

Click the Download button at the bottom of the page to download Language Companion pages.

The Download panel appears.

The file will download automatically to your browser's default download folder, or a Save file dialog may appear.

Click the Close [X] button to close the Download panel.
